It has no capillarie: It is not attached to your body receiving blood flow to keep it warm. And air passim through the nostril is cooling it.

Rhinorrhea: The mere act of inhaling and exhaling cools nasal secretions, therefore when you blow your nose the "snot" is cooler than your body temperature. Also, the colder the outside temperature is, the colder your nasal secretions are.
