Yes: The syndrome is diagnosed based on history, physical examination, and tests that rule out other conditions. I would start with your primary care physician who can begin the work-up. Other doctors that can diagnose the condition are neurologists, rheumatologists, psychiatrists, pain specialists, and physiatrists. Ask the doctor's office before making an appt as not all doctors DX this condition.

Absolutely: Dehydration is a leading cause of abnormal lab work in an elderly patient.  Dehydration can cause an elevation in a person's BUN and creatinine.  These two lab values can determine if a person had renal failure. If the cause of the renal failure is truly dehydration, it can be easily corrected with drinking lot of water and re-testing.

Not sure will help: Going barefoot in and of itself will not correct for the neuropathy.  If you have diminished sensation in your foot it will open the possibility of stepping on something sharp and injuring yourself and not knowing it.

Day 10/test: Your employer and workplace policies should be reviewed. There are cases of COVID 19 which present with no or few symptoms. A PCR nasal swab test may be performed at day 10. After contact the typical incubation period is 2-5 days, but there may be symptoms as late as 14-21 days. The vast majority of patients develop symptoms within 10 days though and a negative test at day 10 is assuring.

Yes: Seek medical attention immediately! even if the symptoms have been going on for some time, high blood pressure is one of the big risk factors for stroke and slurred speech is one of the symptoms.

Quarantine  : quarantine  your self for 14 days since you have high risk people live at your home, including wearing mask if you have to get out of your isolation room,  stay at least 6 feet away from those family member,  and  I advised to do covid-19 test in 3 days or any time   
you develop symptoms. I would say keep high precaution and avoid come close to your mother and daughter
