Ceevical/vaginal: mucous: if thin, clear and watery s usually indicative of mid-cycle secretions and suggests ovulation and fertility time. If this discharge is related to unprotected intercourse: get screen and checked for STDs.

Vaginal discharge...: ...amount varies widely from one woman to another; what's normal for one might be abnormal for another. White/clear, no odor, plus your doctor's reassurance all are good news. However, if this a definite change with no obvious reason (e.g. change in pill, pregnant, etc), further evaluation may be necessary. Gonorrhea or chlamydia are possible if at risk for STD. Best to re-check with your doctor.

Discharge : It's most likely bv; bacterial vaginosis. Which is usually caused from an imbalance of the vaginal ph. Inorder to get rid of this which could reoccur you will need antibiotics.  This is not an std!

: sounds like you might have anal leakage. You should see a Dr who specialized in Gastroenterology for evaluation. In the meantime, Use wet wipes frequently throughout the day to wipe away the liquid/residue and use a barrier ointment such as desitin or monkey butt to prevent irritation and odor.
