Please clarify: How do you know that you are ovulating when the odor appears? Do you mean menstruating?

before ovulation my temp is in the low 97.0 after ovulation they are in the high 97.0 never go over 98.0 is that bad?

No: The expected temperature rise from ovulation is about 1/2 of a degree.  So if your baseline is 97.0 you shouldn't expect a rise over 98.  Best wishes!

It's more: Than what most women describe, but not necessarily 'abnormal.' if it persists you should see a gyn doctor to address possible causes.

Light menses: At age 41, a woman can expect some irregularity in her cycles. Ovulation does not "always" then occur at what used to be "mid cycle", and may be delayed. The ovary takes a bit more stimulation to ovulate which means the drop in estrogen prior to ovulation may produce some "light" withdrawal bleeding.  You might ask your gyn provider about low dose oral contraceptives at this point.

Probably not: Implantation occurs 6-7 days after conception, implantation bleeding usually doesn't happen at all. I'd look for another explanation.

Period: It sounds like you are having your period.  It's a little too soon to test for pregnancy, but in another 5 days you can take a home pregnancy test to see if you are actually pregnant.  However, if you are having bleeding, then the likelihood is, this is your period.

Yes.: Anytime that you have unprotected intercourse you could be pregnant.  If your period is late then check a home pregnancy test.  Hope this helps.

Uterus swells: in response to estrogen rise just prior to ovulation. Possibly related to a  condition called adenomyosis, an endometriosis variant.

All I know that if you miss your next period  do a pregnancy
test!
(You can test as early as two weeks after the unprotected sex but if negative should repeat it! in another two weeks

after ovulation about a week and a half ago ive noticed my cervix has remained high and soft. im also having a clearish white discharge. there is really a bad smell to it. no itching or irritation. ive felt nauseous, hard stomach and sore breasts?

SEE GYN: Vag discharge and odor are symptoms of bacterial vaginitis, common and usually sexually transmitted.  A gynecologist will either see "clear cells" or trichomonads.  Both partners require treatment in  either case.
