Headache eval: The answer to this may be simple or complex.  Seeing a headache specialist might require referral from pcp but the very long and solid history of your headaches is the only way to get to the bottom of repeated headaches. Mostly massage type: If you are getting tension type headaches, i would suggest you try putting something like a towel or something solid just under the base of your skull in the back at the top of your neck. Extend your neck back over that and try to relax your head as far back comfortably over that.. If it is a tension type headache, this can relax some of those muscles and help with the headache. Not enough info: I am sorry, but you will have to see your primary for this issue; there just is not enough information to even suggest a diagnosis. Some considerations: If you are having migraines, there may be a medication rebound effect and then "chronic daily headaches".  However, is there a problem inside the cranium?  Do you have a history of head injury?  Do you have a reaction to female hormone pills?
Is your thyroid ok?
Talk to your doctor, maybe a simple solution.
