See doctor: Make an appointment with your doctor to get your bloo pressure checked at the same time have your sinuses checked. A post nasal drip from your sinuses can cause nose bleeds as well.

Not normal!: Your symptoms are certainly not normal.  You do not give your age and/or your other medical problems or meds, so it is tough to say what is going on. A severe  headache with dizziness, with or without nosebleeds, needs to be evaluated right away.  Call your doc or go to an ER.

Medical Evaluation: Blood pressure needs to be checked. Significantly elevated blood pressure can sometimes be a cause for this dyad of symptoms.  Eval will help to determine any other possible causes.

Nose bleeds: It would be unusual to have your nose bleeds related to your headache.  Nose bleeds can be caused by a fragile  blood vessel in the nose that bleeds easily and is difficult to stop. It may also be caused by systemic disease or asipirin taken for headaches. Trauma to the nose, like nose picking can cause bleeding. Rub vaseline inside the nose often, and avoid aspirin.
