Needs to see a doc: There is a tremendous number of possibilitis.  But there are several signs and symptoms that would make it relatively urgent to take her to a doctor. 1. Recurrent severe pain that does not go away, 2. Significant weight loss, 3 severe fatigue and loss of energy, 4. Chronic loss of appetite. Statistically abdominal pain like the one you descibe in a teenager is common, but play safe.

Need eval: In your age these are symptoms that need further evaluation.  I would be concerned about your esophagus, stomach and pancreas. You need an egd or endoscopy to eval for gastritis , peptic ulcer disease, webs,  rings and of course tumors.  Your symptoms are of concern so i would sched appoint right away.

Yogurt: Yogurt can be very helpful as a pro biotic to help restor the normal bacteria and yeast that live in your gut.  Soy, cow or coconut milk yogurts all help to restore this balance.

See your doctor: You can give a trial of probiotics. If does not improve may need to see your doctor who can refer you to a gastroenterologist if needed. Would check your diet and see if you are eating something that may be causing this.

Is she constipated?: If your baby is constipated , she will eat less and be gassy. Make sure she us taking plenty of liquids, 4-8 oz of juice , a day and balanced food.

Baby Gas: Gas is normal, but if your baby is having abdominal pain, look for reasons that you can treat: if formula feeding, you can try a hypoallergenic formula; if nursing, take allergens like nuts and shellfish out of your diet. If you are having trouble burping her, try a gas drop (simethicone 0.3 ml) to help. If none of these help, see her doctor (check weight, ears, urine, etc).
