Normal flora: We all have many different kinds of bacteria all over our bodies (integument or skin and mucous membranes).  They are called normal bacterial flora and you cannot get rid of them and would not want to.   If you have an infection under your armpit this can be treated by your doctor, usually without much difficulty.

No way: You can not eliminate bacteria on the skin. A very high concentration or the presence of certain more pathogenic bacteria can be problematic. In those cases we use anti-bacterial agents such as antibiotics (topically and/or orally) to treat them. Additionally , the use of other topical anti-microbial agents can be helpful to limit the offending bacteria.

?Question: Odd question, but arm pit smell is usually from perspiration and any area on your body that perspires (sweats) can smell eventually.  Try using a good powder to keep your buttocks dry to prevent the moisture form causing a stench.  Use proper hygiene and clean yourself daily, even in the buttock area by bathing or showering with soaps.  Doubt it is a bacterial infx, but if persists-see a dr.

Unclear question: If you do not have symptoms, why were the cultures repeated. Normal skin bacterial population can vary. If you are free of symptoms, observe personal hygiene and there is no need for repeat cultures.

Side effects vary: Ssri antidepressants and some major tranquilizers with serotonin effects may cause increased sweating, especially night sweats. So one's axillary regions may be wetter.

It will be ok: Very difficult to kill off all of the normal bacteria from your armpit. If if you were somehow able to do this, the normal bacteria from the rest of your body would get back into the armpit region. If were able to somehow get rid of all of the normal bacteria from your skin, bad bacteria could be staph Aureus. But in your case, the friendly bacteria from the rest of your body will seed the armpit.
