Neuropathy: you most likely suffer from inflammation of your Sciatic nerve, that either could be due disk disease, so the nerve root is inflamed or it could be 2/2 muscle spasm in your butt (piriformis syndrome)which could press the sciatic nerve, other condition including Sacroiliac joint dysfunction could cause the same symptoms

Stretch: Stretching may be the best way to diminish upper thigh pain.  There are several exercises for this.  They must be done regularly for several days or weeks.  Check out the internet.  Also, try massage and pain- relieving gels.  Check with your doctor or physical therapist if these do not help.

SPANDEX RASH: If you are developing a rash from spandex, do not ever wear it again! you may be allergic to it. Get a different type of material.

Fibroma: In most cases Dermatofibroma is a benign lesion , especially if it is less than 10 mm.

tender in back, upper thigh. looks like a small bruise, a little red. i've also been nauseous on and off lately. my walking is fine. clot or no?

Blood clot: Nausea does not mean you have a blood clot. The bruise or bump could be just that. Usually blood clots are in the lower leg, below the knee. Risk factors are family history, recent surgery, long plane trips or being sedentary for many hours, birth control pills and smoking.

i have a bumpy skin rash on my back upper thigh. it itches and is red. i noticed it oozing and thats about it. its one main rash about 1 and half quarters in size and then there are three small almost like pimple red bumps about an inch up. ?

Doctor can examine: Bumps and spots can be from many causes, such as: hives, viral infections, other infections (impetigo), medication causes, hot-tub rashes, heat rashes, reactions to creams or lotions, allergic reactions to various things (poison oak, allergenic foods), etc... That means a rash that persists, looks worrisome, or may be infected should be checked by a doctor... in-person or online.

pain around back upper thigh area sometimes goes towards the inside of my leg. no redness seen or swelling. i have varicose veins. could this be dvt?

Not likely: A DVT usually is in the medial portiion of the thigh. The upper back part of the thigh usually is more muscular and may hurt from muscular injury. Are you a runner or athlete  of some sort? See your doctor tomorrow to be sure but this would be a very unusual place to occur. if the pain is not continuous toward the inner aspect of the leg.

Not likely: Get an evaluation by your doctor who will do some tests such as urinalysis and check your  stool for parasites.Good luck

Young: Unlikely to be prostate cancer at your age, higher likelihood is prostatitis or urethritis.  Recommend you make appt to be evaluated in person and have appropriate tests for potential infections performed.
