hi i'm 39 weeks pregnant and this is my 5th child. iv been experiencing back pain, cramping with some tightening but making me feel sick. why is this?

Labor: You are towards the end of your pregnancy.  This could be early signs of labor.  This pregnancy may be unique to your other 4 pregnancies.

i've had back pain for almost 6 months now mostly in the middle of the night and mornings or if im sitting for more than one hour. sick lots too?

Jaw: Chronic muscle tension. See dentist for mouth guard. Avoid chewing hard foods, candies. No gum chewing. Get massage. try yoga. Take Motrin.

So low back pain &amp; sick could describe how I felt 3 days ago when I went to the gym, worked out my legs and back like a bandit which I haven't done in a long time....or in your case it could be a urinary tract infection...or could be possibly be a viral syndrome....or pregnancy if you're a Samantha? Urine test could help as well as pregnancy. test

More info please: Does this occur daily or just before/during/after your cycle? A little more information is needed however if this is a frequent situation then please see your md when you are feeling this way so they can diagnose the issue and determine if any treatment is needed.

Get evaluated: There could be several reasons but if your hot flashers (?) could represent a fever, the concern after painful urination is that you could be developing a kidney infection.  Please get evaluation by your doctor, especially if you have fever or chills.
