i have back pain from past 3 days.. it has reduced day by day now .. but still when i jump or run i feel pain in back.. should i wait n c fr a week?

Dont jump or run: If you have a disc problem then impact activity such as jumping or running is probably the worse thing you can do.  I do not see any harm in waiting to see what happens as long as no neurological symptoms such as involuntary loss of urine or stool, or inability to control your legs.

Back pain: You need to be evaluated by a physician with physical examination and perhaps images such as plain radiographs or MRI if clinical exam shows abnormalities

Number of things: Careful lifting weights with back pain, especially if you have not been assessed and pain worse with impact. Recommend stretching and core strengthening exercises. If you have any radiaiting pain, have assessment by physician. Try starting with lower impact exercises (walking core, swimming) and working way back to high impact. May have spondylolysis, xray could help diagnose. Hope that helps!

Bungee jumping: Not a good idea. At the least it can aggravate the pain. At worst it might damage the ligaments and muscles in the back. Usually a compressive injury such as landing on your feet can cause more damage, but as you already have back issues, my advise would be to avoid it.

Not  Unusual: the EMG. Sends a small. Electric current into the nerves to test their conduction.  An Inflamed nerve may produce an exaggerated response like the one. You experienced.

i was experiencing upper back pain these days especially in the shoulder blades area so i started to do stretching and jump ropes. i noticed that when i'm lifting my right elbow, my left cheek lifts involuntarily. everytime.is this condition serious?

: Yours is a very odd symptom complex, but occurrence of interscapular pain together with linkage of a voluntary movement below the neck with a contralateral involuntary movement above the neck suggests the POSSIBILITY (only) of a problem either in the neck, above it, or both. You should not ignore this. You should see a neurologist for a workup so that a significant problem can be ruled in or out.

i used to do crazy stunts like jump off things and roll, can that cause back ache?

Unlikely unless you : Sustained some injuries back then and remember feeling pain in the back for awhile with those injuries.  If they did not cause any pain, then there is no relationship.  Back pain is a fairly common complaint as we age,  in general.

Multiple possibility: You can have anything from sore low back muscles to something more serious, like early spine arthritis. Does not sound like a disc bulge, or herniation, because you are not describing burning or shooting sensations down a leg.
