MRI vs CT: A ct myelogram (where contrast is injected to highlight discs, nerves, etc) is comparable to a back mri. Orthopedic surgeons & neurologists have their preference. Both will do a thorough exam before recommending an imaging study. Conservative treatment with analgesics, muscle relaxers, physical therapy may be enough at first.

Wave pain: I have no idea what wave pain is, but if the back pain is persistent wyou need to see a neurologist, rule out pancreatic issues, and recheck kidneys.

Follow up: There are often residual changes in the urinary tract soon after a stone passes.  However, they should normalize in a few days or weeks.  If you still have back pain, that usually means there are other reasons, that you need to discuss with your doctor.

Please clarify ques: I'm not understanding exactly what your question is, however, a bone scan is a test of choice when looking for deep-seated infections in the bone called osteomyelitis or the bone density of a person who may have either osteoporosis or osteomalacia. If back pain is being diagnosed with a ct scan then, you are looking for either a compressed nerve or some other bony defect that causes pain.

Usually incidental: A vertebral body hemangioma is usually an incidental finding and of no clinical significance.  Some radiologists won't even bother mentioning them in reports.  Highly unlikely that it is causing any symptoms.
