Probably degenerativ: Don't believe that "cracking ' your back is the problem. Stretching exercises may actually be helpful for flexibility. You may actually have degenerative disc disease of lower back.

Probably chest wall: It needs to be checked by your doctor but it seems it is in the chest wall according to your symptoms.The other causes can be gastro esophageal reflux, pleuritic pain.At your age it is unlikely to be from your heart.Get it checked by your doctor to find the exact cause.

Spine Pain Options: This pain in the distribution as you suggested is the result of an irritated nerve or facet joints or other injury typically in the lumbar spine (low back) which are caused by herniated disks, spinal stenosis or degenerative disc disease,  etc requiring further evaluation by a spine specialist and may be candidate for facet injections/radiofrequency ablation and epidural steroid injection.

Many possibilities.: Right lower quadrant pain with radiation to the flank can be many different things. Possibilities include appendix inflammation, constipation, kidney infection, kidney tumor, colon tumor, etc. The imaging study will be very helpful. If the imaging study is inconclusive consider having a colonoscopy to be complete. Good luck.

Not sure: Without examining you one cannot be sure.  Some things that come to mind are: muscle tension in the back of your head or neck, problems with the cervical spine (spine in the neck), local skin irritation.  Best to have someone examine you .

See your doc : Almost sounds like a sacro iliac joint rotation. If there is someone else in your home, lie on the floor and do a sit up. Ask the 2nd person to,watch your feet and determine if one leg gets shorter as the other lengthens, confirmatory! Could also be a facet rotation in the spine. While I am an MD.who,was trained,  the DO has been trained to identify this routinely. (But you may need to ask).
