Nystagmus: I assume you have observed this on someone else.  Most nystagmus is congenital and is not noticed by the person who has it unless they look in the mirror.  It is commonly seen by  others looking at those who have it.  It is mostly mysterious but is present at birth but also can be due to early reduced vision.  Later in life it is usually a side effect of some drugs.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor, or preferably a neurologist.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Comments: You describe complex migraine events associated with episodic paroxysmal vertigo, and this can be readily treated and successfully controlled.  So, contact a neurologist or headache specialist, and start making some progress.

Skin spots: Skin can be damaged by the sun's rays. The damage can cause freckles, moles or even cancer. If you are concerned, you should be examined by your GP to identify any suspicious spots. These can be easily removed with topical anesthetic using liquid nitrogen, a scalpel or lasers.
