Urologist: Some urine cultures will not show all the organisms that cause prostatitis. Hopefully they gave you antibiotics. If still painful see a urologist.

Hypoglycemia: Ethanol interferes in the liver's ability to tap into sugar stores.  Therefore, it predisposes people to low blood sugars.  This is especially true for patients with diabetes, particularly those on Insulin or oral medication.

Back pain is common: Back pain is very common in pregnancy due to the extra stress on the back as the pregnancy progresses and you back is adapting to balancing the pregnant uterus. Your center of gravity shifts. Unless your back pain is due to something like a UTI, this won't effect the pregnancy. They make supports that help this. These include bands and things called belly bras. Hope this helps.

Yes: Chronic medical conditions like anemia can contribute to back pain and other musculoskeletal complaints.  Anything that causes decreased nutrient flow to already compromised areas like the intervertebral discs can contribute to back pain.  You can add nicotine use to the list as well.

Observe it: If no fever, chills, sweats, increased back pain, increased leg pain or weakness then observe it. If you have any of these, it may suggest you have discitis, which will require that you immediately see your spinal surgeon. Always better to have some numbness than pain -- if new leg numbness also see you spinal specialist. If any changes in your bowel/bladder function see your spinal specialist.
