NO: B vitamins do not have significant interactions with sunlight.  Vitamin a is a different story, as it can increase sensitivity to sunlight.

Preventative diet.: Evidence for vitamins and minerals reducing diabetes risks evidence is not strong. A  better bet is to adapt a preventative diet to lower risks.

children up to 4 years old we have to give 10 g of vitamin d3 daily, but we still give this to our 5 year old son every day. could this have adverse effects? could we better stop to give it? we also give him vitamin c supplement daily, is this ok?

: Vitamin C &amp; D are often added or already present in food in our regular diet (i.e. cereal, milk, orange juice). The Vitamin D recommended dietary allowance (RDA) for children 4-8 years old is 600 IU/day (15µg). The upper limit is 3000 IU/day. For Vitamin C the RDA is 25 mg/day, the upper limit is 650 mg/day.

my vitamin d level is 19ng/ml the lab reference is 30-100. nih website says 20ng/ml is adequate, and above 50 has adverse effects, but md says above 30 is optimal. do i need to supplement and how much? md advised 5000 iu/day, i think it's excessive?

: Levels of 50 nmol/L (20 ng/mL) or above are adequate for bone and overall health. Levels below 30 nmol/L (12 ng/mL) are too low &amp; might weaken your bones &amp; affect your health. Levels above 125 nmol/L (50 ng/mL) are too high and can cause health problems.For you, the 19 is too low and should be increased and initially increasing with 5000 IU per day for about a month, then 1000 IU per day usually.

Yes: It is possible.  Many of the medications used to treat pregnancy have a rare but serious side effect in the baby called primary pulmonary hypertension and increased neonatal jitteriness.  If being off your meds means your depression worsens and you are not eating properly that could affect the baby's growth.

Yes: Most antiepileptics increase the rate of birth defects when used in the first trimester, but the overall rate is still fairly low (increases from baseline of about 1% to about 3%).

Importantly, antiepileptics may still be required if there are uncontrolled seizures.  One can't avoid them if one is seizing without them. Uncontrolled seizures are more dangerous than the drugs.

i had a 103 fever ~ 3-6 days after conception. tylenol (acetaminophen) brought it down, but unsure how long i had fever (1 day). concerned re: adverse effects on baby?

Fever: No effects for baby. If fever is persistent then follow up with doctor to find source. Maternal infection more worrisome for baby then fever

: I know of no part agent used in that study that would pose a risk to anyone at any age who came into contact with them.

Cleansers: I am assuming you are speaking about colonic types of treatments whether in an enema or oral cleanse formulation.  There can be a number of negative effects on the GI system.  The main acute issue with rapid transit loss of electrolytes and changes in ph balance of blood.  The most negative effect resulting from this is often neurologic, sometimes irreversible.  Use caution.
