Babies can be too large than their mothers' pelvic outlet if that outlet is narrow or if the baby is large, eg, overdue. It is important to know the mother's medical and obstetric history and risk factors and an ultrasound estimate of fetal weight before delivery if there is a concern.

No: Your pelvic bones and hips widening have no relationship to the width of your vagina. Within weeks of giving birth, your vaginal tissues return to near normal, and certainly the size is going to be smaller than a man's penile width.

It's: safe but not "normal" There is corrective surgical relief for you!!! This weakness may worsen with age and should be dealt with before its a "bigger" problem!

Possible: Lumps, bumps, blisters and other skin abnormalities on the genitals need to be evaluated. An examination will be needed to know the cause and treatment.

can a breastfeeding mother take larger vitamin d supplements to allow it to pass down through breastmilk rather than supplementing with a vitamin d drop directly to the infant? how much sun would a baby need daily if they didnt take it?

: Breast milk alone does not provide infants with an adequate amount of vitamin D. Shortly after birth, most infants will need an additional source of vitamin D. To reduce the risk of skin cancer from sun exposure,  keep infants younger than 6 months out of direct sunlight.

: The cancer risk of an abdominal or pelvic X-ray is minimal.  The much higher radiation dose from CT scans is given, repeatedly, to children with cancer in seeking tumors.  The risk of cancer is weighed against the benefit and likelihood of finding a treatable abnormality.  It is not unusual to be worried.  The risk is very small.

Likely stable: Elderly individuals that sustain low-energy falls can have pelvic ring injuries with pubic rami fractures and impaction fractures of the sacrum. I doubt she has a dislocation, those typically are associated with higher energy injuries. The rami fractures are stable and she can walk on it safely without displacing if there is not a complete sacral fracture.

Stress fractures: Of the pelvis are common in osteoporotic older women and underdiagnosed.  In my experiecne either a bone scan ct scan or MRI has picked these up. They should help with proper physical therapy and treatment but please consult your doctors.  They usually also add a biphosphonate or some medication to try to strengthen the bones as well.   But this can take months to heal.

Yes: A ct scan is okay.  If your md is ordering this study, it is likely that the risk of missing a diagnosis outweighs the risk of a single exposure to your unborn child.

No, that: is a common incidental finding of doubtful significance.
