my 1 year old right testicle gets swollen. it doesn't happen every day when i touch it he doesn't feel pain but today he kept on touching the diaper as if he wanted us to take it off. after i took it off he stopped crying?

Hernia: He needs to be examined. It could be a hernia which is not uncommon at this age. Can you differentiate from the testicle and scrotum? Scrotum will get bigger when he cries or cough if hernia is the problem. Otherwise, if the testicle is warm and tender, epididymitis may be present.

ive had a swollen right testicle for a few weeks with mild pain. a pea sized lump has appeared on that side of the scrotum. i wont have active health insurance for another 2 weeks. im a 24 year old male at about 172 pounds?

Testicle trauma: He should be evaluated  with an ultrasound to make sure that he does not have a torsion of the testicle. Otherwise cold compresses might help to reduce the swelling and pain  an athletic supporter might also be helpful.

Don't be scared!: Testicular cancer is unusual at 16, doesn't usually cause pain, so this is unlikely to be dangerous. If the testicle is hard, irregular, or enlarged, should be examined to rule out unusual tumor or malignancy. Infection or epididymitis usually causes severe pain, swelling, redness. Most common cause of aching in an otherwise normal testicle would be a varicocele - pain when upright, better lying.

Patent processus: Could have been an infection (unlikely), vs transient torsion vs communicating hydroceole.  Likely favors the latter.  May need surgical intervention if recurs.  Your baby should be evaluated by a pediatric Urologist.

: What you mean your testicle is in fact the scrotum. You cannot see the testicle, only feeling it. You probably had had a boil and it healed by itself. There is some dark (hyperpigmented) skin over that site and that's not unusual.

Testicular swelling: Follow up with doctor. May be infection-orchitis/epididymitis  for which  you need antibiotics  ,hydrocele ( just fluid usually benign)  varicocele -whihc may need treatment or a mass -tumor. May need antibiotics or  ultrasound  F/u/ w/ MD

See ur dr: This should always be checked out especially if it red and seems to hurt immediately. How ever the most like ly cause if it is not hurting  or red is a hydrocele. It is seen quite frequently a collection of fluid around testicle it is benign might grow a little before it goes away usually gone by 1 yo or sooner. Nothing to worry about.
