Unlikely : The human ear is not that discriminatory.

so on my ultrasound my babies head is measuring 21 weeks and i'm 23 weeks 2 days. should i be worried? my doctor didn't seem worried at all. i am!

Not necessarily: You most probably would have an another preterm baby, because the probability with having two prior preterm deliveries is getting higher. But it is not necessarily that the cause of preterm delivery would be the heart issues, unless you have a family history of it, or prior babies had the inherited heart diseases. You have to have a close follow up with your obstetrician anyway for that reason.

can a fetus with iugr or any disorder measure at 6 weeks on an ultrasound, but in reality is 23 weeks gestation? how far behind can iugr babies be? plus if a baby is iugr does it still develop limbs at the accurate week? thanks

Doubt it: I suppose there are some birth defects like primordial dwarfism that may have such an pattern but not a normal infant. IUGR babies are small but develop arms/legs  at the same time. The 6 wk fetus has flipper like arms/legs that are distinctive while those past 8 wks have recognizable digits &amp; 12 wks are well formed.

Flat +/- legs raised: This question appears to be in the context of cpr, basic life support, or advanced life support. Lay the child or infant on his/her back, with the head in a 'sniffing' position, and keep the airway open. If the environment allows, you can raise the legs higher than the heart and head.

: Most pregnant moms will feel movements of their babies by 20 weeks, especially if this is not their first pregnancy.  If you are 23 weeks pregnant you surely have an OB provider who has listened for heartbeat already?  I recommend contacting them with your concerns &amp; they may want to recheck you &amp; consider ultrasound.  Some 1st time moms don’t realize the “butterflies” feeling is the baby
