how can i get rid of buldging fluid in my babies ear drum he's 7 months old and had it for over 3 months he's been on antibiotics to many times?

See an ENT: If a child has an ear infection which doesn't clear after 2 months of antibiotics, or keeps recurring within less than 2 weeks after antibiotics, you may need to ask your doctor for a referral to an ear, nose, and throat specialist. Tubes are sometimes used to resolve this problem until the baby's own eustachian tubes grow.

Head injury makes produce acquire speech problems in an infant that does not have developmental speech problems or makes worse the already developmental speech problems.

the veins on my forehead sink in instead of bulge, is that normal? if i put my head upside down though, they do go out. there is no pain, no injury.

Normal: That is a normal anatomical situation. When you're upside down the blood goes to the veins and they swell just like they might do that in someone's legs. Not to worry. Good health

Wrong position: The fontanelles are located in the midline, one in back of the forehead &amp; rarely a 2nd just in front of the back of the head. A bump on the right side back would likely be a blood accumulation from birth trauma if large and a lymph node if small..

what could cause a large vein to bulge in my temple of my head?

Positional change.: The veins in the face just as the veins in the rest of the body change in size depending on changes in position as well as changes in levels of hydration and changes in pressure in the chest and abdominal cavity. In the face, the veins decrease with standing and increase with lying down.  Straining or laughing increase the the pressure in the chest which can increase the size of the facial veins.

Hard to assess: The lack of detail in your description makes this hard to assess. Sometimes these are blood collections under the scalp that accumulate after a vaginal birth. They can be self healing if so, but can also represent a crack in the skull or an abnormality of the suture lines with premature closure. I would have the kids doc evaluate the issue.

afternoon doctors, is it normal for an 8 week old baby to have an abnormal shaped head, especially his forehead, its bulging slightly on the left side? i would provide a picture but dont think i can?

It happens: This site does not support pictures. We can only see what you post. The issue is usually related to an abnormal sleep position which can be triggered by a knot/shortening in one side of the neck muscles. Your doc can confirm/exclude this at a checkup. Working to change the sleep position or simple neck range of motion can help.
