Pelvic pain: Pelvic pain is complex as there are several organs in the pelvis. The ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterus, cervix, bladder, appendix, intestines, colon and rectum can all be the source. Pelvic pain requires and examination to help organize the evaluation. Since your pain has a specific time of day I suspect this may be a digestive issue related to intestinal function. A proper work up is needed.

Pregnancy tests: Home pregnancy tests are very accurate. They are the same tests used in a doctors office. They can detect a pregnancy 7-10 days after conception. The best time to take one is when you miss your period.  If you doubt the result you can repeat it in 1-2 days. If you were pregnant the hormone level would rise enough for detection.

Sensation: If there is no sign of inflammation or irritation, this sensation most likely is caused by an irritable or slightly inflamed superficial nerve(possibly related to your MS) in that area of your torso. This may eventually resolve without any treatment. See your physician or neurologist as needed.

i have beem advised to remove my right kidney..any chances it cld be revieved?

Right nephrectomy: You say that your right kidney needs to be removed. Why would you not tell us the reason? If you want a second opinion about your proposed nephrectomy, see another urologist (u). If the u agrees, have the surgery, if not postpone until until you speak to the physician who advised you to have it done. Good luck.
