You cannot: This is why medical training takes so long and there are multiple specialties.  Babesia infections may actually be asymptomatic in many people.  Assuming your are talking about bartonella henselae, the causative agent of cat scratch disease, the characteristic presentation is localized lymphatic enlargement and discomfort proximal to the cat scratch.  There are other species of bartonella.

The mentioned: Infections causes cytopenias  and red blood cell destructions  but not aware they cause immune deficiency.

Something's wrong: Babesiosis is a serious infection. If you are asking us to help you self-diagnose, we can't. If you've been shown "babesia" by a "live cell analysis" operator, contact your local district attorney. If you have gotten sick while taking the anti-malarial artemisinin and an alternative practitioner said it was a "herxheimer" reaction to babesia, you need to see a real infectious disease physician.

Chronic Lyme: Be careful with this diagnosis. CD57 is a subset of lymphocytes called killer cells and is not specific for Borellia. Sometimes it correlates with disease activity with this disorder and sometimes it does not. It is not specific.

Lyme is treatable: If you've been told you have chronic Lyme - I would prefer those words came from an Infectious Diseases specialist -who knows all about Lyme and how to treat it, even in the late stages. I would be wary of other 'so called experts' who really have no knowledge of the disease at all, and are just scamming you for money. Of course there is a test for Babesia, and good medical treatment. See ID doc.

i was on a combo of atovaquone, azrithmysin,doxicycline and nystatin for lyme and babesia.day 40 developed traveling hives/rash . stopped all medication. but now 4 days in there is no improvement. been taking benadryl which only helps about an hour?

Need to see doc: Based on stated information it does not sound that your rash was due to side effects from the antibiotic/ antifungal combo you have been taking. A variety of conditions, including renal and/or hepatic, related or unrelated to your treated infections may have developed and your best reference at this point is your treating doc who will have a clear history and documentation of your ailments.
