B6? B12?: I'm not sure which B vitamin you might be asking about? Vitamin B6, pyridoxine, has the most potential for toxicity which can result from supplement overuse. Toxic symptoms are pain/numbness of the extremities from neuropathy.  B12 is stored in the liver, and is water soluble. Harmful excesses are rare.

NO: B vitamins by definition are nutrients essential to good health and at least 75% of Americans do not get adequate B vitamins from their diet. The only possible damage known to occur from B vitamins is neuropathy from taking 500 mg/day or more of B6 for many months, though I advise not taking more than 200 mg/day to be cautious. This damage is reversible on stopping it. No B complex has that much.

Liver damage: If you have too much salt in your diet, that excess sodium won't cause liver damage, according to the National Library of Medicine. High dietary intake of Magnesium and Potassium is normalized by renal excretion and will not generally cause problems. High doses (2000 to 3000 mg per day) of niacin (vitamin B3) can also cause nausea, jaundice and elevated liver enzymes mimicking hepatitis.

Stop alcohol: You are having alcoholic diarrhea and are slowly killing your liver. Please stop drinking, or at least cut way down.
A good multivitamin as well as a b complex will be good for you.
