Finish antibiotics: Go see your doc, especially if by "huff and puffing" you mean "short of breath" or difficulty breathing, in which case, you should go back sooner than later. You've listed z pak, Aldactone (spironolactone) & flexeril, none of which help w/breathing per se. Azithromycin has a long half-life so you only need to finish the pack but it will stay in your system for a 10-14d. New study says average cough can last 18d.

took zithromax z pak (azithromycin) for chlamydia two days ago now having yellow and green vaginal discharge no possible reinfection. only had clear white discharge before treatment . why am i having weird discharge now ?

Infection clearing: It could just be the infection clearing up. If it persists or if you develop symptoms like pelvic pain, vaginal itching or burning see a doctor.

Maybe: There are several causes of your symptoms. The most common, especially after a trip, is a viral upper respiratory infection. These will not respond to antibiotics as they are not bacteria. Try over the counter antihistamine and decongestants, if you have not problems with these medications. See your doctor if you feel bad enough.

Working: Although the zpak is five day it continues to work in yourbody for an additional week. It is not uncommon to continue to cough for a while after pneumonia. Drink a lot of water to help thin the secretions. That will nake it easiwr for you to cough it up and get it out.
