Maybe: There are several causes of your symptoms. The most common, especially after a trip, is a viral upper respiratory infection. These will not respond to antibiotics as they are not bacteria. Try over the counter antihistamine and decongestants, if you have not problems with these medications. See your doctor if you feel bad enough.

Resistance...: It might be possible that the type of organism that caused the infection was resistant to the antibiotic used and another type needs to be prescribed. It could also be possible that now you may be suffering a new infection which could be viral if it started just recently. If you feel very ill then it is advised to be seen. If symptoms are mild lots of fluids and rest should help clear it out.
