Chlamydia?: Did you take the azithromycin for chlamydia? If you did, then that is the cause of the bleeding. Also, if your partner tests positive, then you may have been reinfected today.

PID?: The clinic apparently believed you and/or your partner have chlamydia, which the only thing in sex partners normally treated with azithromycin. However, cramping and bleeding suggests it might have progressed to pelvic inflammatory disease (PID, fallopian tube infection). If so, you need additional antibiotics. Return to the clinic for further evaluation. Good luck!

Probably: Chlamydia all too common, and if you took the treatment as prescribed ( and your partner too) then you are likely ok.
This infection causes an inflammation on the cervix( the entry to the uterus) and that inflammation may not be gone yet. Do get your followup exam and culture, though.

Too early: I would wait another 2 weeks refrain from intercourse and recheck your  chlamydia status.

: Chlamydia is not likely to have any effect at all on your menstrual periods. Azithromycin will still be effective. If you miss another period, discuss with your doctor. Also, please be aware that although azithromycin usually is effective, it fails to cure about 5% of infections in women. Be sure and have a follow-up test in a few weeks to make sure you were cured. Good luck.

Epistaxis: Sinus infections can cause nose bleeding, use a saline nasal spray to alleviate it. Also if your nasal passages feel dry, use a saline gel, both are over the counter.
