Common avoidable topical allergens include fragrances (organic or not), cocamidopropyl betaine (often in wipes and hand sanitizers), kathon, propylene glycol, and disperse blue.  Petrolatum jelly is probably the least allergenic and most effective moisturizer for hand eczema.

Excess sweating: Some people just sweat a lot more than others. It can happen in your armpits, your palms, your feet. Can cause staining of clothing, bad odor. Antiperspirant helps of course. Wear darker clothes with distracting patterns to hide stains. Otherwise, you just have to get creative in terms of managing "touchy" situations at school. Good luck!
