Don't know the: height of the male. For the female (rough estimate) - 61.2 KG would be spot on. 55.3 KG if small boned (on low side). 67.5 KG if large boned/ muscular.

Bmi is the ratio of weight in kilograms to height in meters squared and it is a pretty good measure of body fat in most people. Rather than force yourself to eat more than you need you could try resistance training if you want to gain some muscle mass.

Nah.: As long as you have a well rounded diet, then weight isn't a big issue for you. Don't worry, age will catch up and add some weight down the road. I was 6'5" and 175lbs out of high school and I have had no problem adding to that over the last number of years. The key is healthy diet and exercise.

Hydrate and donate: make sure that your real level if you have the blood test in a circumstances that you could be dehydrated then your level will be higher than normal if you think your hydration was perfect at the time then you check with your physician
first and ask if you can donate blood that will be one way to bring it down in good healthy generous way
