The mother should stop giving the child any juice and see if that would take care of his diarrhea.

Healthy living: Healthy living causes low blood pressure.  Your average of 112/63 is perfectly fine.  I myself thankfully sometimes run around 99/70. Dangerous low blood pressure is below 75/50.  Usually what causes this low blood pressure is a bacterial infection in the blood.

Infection: The Amoxicillin should be discontinued, and the underlying cause of the infection determined. Consider a cardiac echo and blood cultures. Rule out Strep and other bacterial causes. Kawasaki's disease should be considered and an evaluation performed to include CRP, Urinalysis and CBC, differtential and platelets. Watch for swelling and redness of the eyes. A chest radiograph may be ordered /PCP.

Consequently he doesnt need as many calories and as result has a poor appetite..Instead of formal meals let him"graze" you might also try having him help you prepare mealsbut dont worry its a normal stage he is going through.
