: Any single BP can be disregarded unless much higher than this (or very low). With a few readings daily, if your average over the course of a week is under 130/80 or thereabouts, you're fine. Check with your doctor if in doubt.

: Since the FDA doesn't investigate supplements like that, most physicians are reluctant to ok them as we can't be sure of contaminants, interactions with your meds, side effects, proper dosage or claims of efficacy.  Your pharmacist may have more information for you.

: You should go to your doctor for an evaluation of your high blood pressure. None of these numbers are good. High BP is a silent killer that will destroy kidneys/vision and cause heart problems before you have obvious symptoms, Go in as soon as you can arrange it. The numbers are nor ER visit numbers but worrisome.
