Most common...: Mos common uses for spironolactone are: blood pressure control, congestive heart failure, liver congestion due to cirrhosis, hirsutism( dark hairs on unusual areas), edema(swelling). Common side effects:high potassium an other electrolytes imbalances, dizziness, allergic reaction, itchiness, cardiac arrhythmias, rash, itching, gastritis,low platelets and other blood cell changes.

Anarex seems to be: a combination pain killer and muscle relaxant available, largely, outside the US. The component most likely to cause side effects is the muscle relaxant, orphenadrine. Typical reported side effects include dry mouth, restlessness, insomnia, even urinary retention, but I don't find any cautions about sperm production or ejaculation. Doubt you should be taking daily, though. Good wishes:)

how long does it take for the swelling from an abscess abate when taking penicillen?

Usually 2-3d, but...: Not all infections will respond to penicillin or antibiotics.  2 reasons come to mind. 1) poor blood supply to the abscess and no blood supply to the tooth supplying the infection. 2) some bacteria are resistant.  If non reponsive to the medicine, others can be added to increase effectiveness.  Ultimately, you shouldn't rely on the antibiotics but should instead have it treated endodontically.

i have pain between 2 vertebra in my lower back. if i press hard it abates somewhat. i notice it most when i first lie down. any idea what this is?

Many possibilites: You really need to see your doctor to sort out the cause of this pain. It could be something simple like muscle spasm  or muscle strain. It could also be something more serious like disc disease or a vertebral compression fracture. Please see your doctor for an exam and possibly some further testing.

Baclofen VS Anarex: There is no such thing as "safer" medication, only those that work and don't work, based on the patient's individual circumstances and genetics.
