: Did you mean DNA negative, not ENA? I do not know what ENA is. If DNA antibody is (-), you do not have systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) as the cause of muscle problem.
People who have positive ANA with DFS70 pattern are less likely suffering from ANA associated rheumatic diseases.
You will likely need more tests for the definite diagnosis. Neurology and rheumatology consult may be necessary.

Focality: A lesion over the left side of the brain can cause right sided weakness, such as a stroke, hemorrhage, abscess, brain tumor.  If you have focal weakness, see a neurologist ASAP

? Guillain-Barre ?: Not sure what you wish answered, but your description could be c/w an acute immune polyneuritis called guillain-barre, or even onset of a chronic process called cidp. I would suggest you make an immediate in-person appointment with a Rheumatologist to evaluate the range of motion of your joints, any joint changes related to a myriad of causes. Don't guess at your problem. Physicians are taught to diagnose based on your medical history, chief complaint, laboratory tests and imaging. Good luck.

: ANA 1:320, especially with homogenous pattern, is significant but non specific. People with lupus and fibromyalgia are intolerant to heat but usually heat from the sun, not from the hot bath but I cannot rule it out in your case. You should avoid hot bath because it may trigger the flare-up. Continue the investigation, DsDNA &amp; Smith Ab are + in lupus (skin or systemic) but not in fibromyalgia.
