Too many: Many autoimmune diseases can cause the symptoms you described except for kidney infection.  However they can cause kidney damages.  Lupus, Rheumatoid arthritis, MCTD..just to name a few.

Unusual: I presume that you are not on any statin drug which can cause bone pain. Have joint hypermobility also makes you more prone to get joint problems but not the bone itself. Have your seen an orthopedist or rheumatologist?  I note that you are not on calcium supplement.  Do you have any risk factor for osteoporosis?

Not necessarily.: The vitiligo may not be important since it hasn't changed, but with the family.history of.psoriasis if the neck and joint pain continue   It would be wise to get examined.

I would suggest you make an immediate in-person appointment with a Rheumatologist to evaluate the range of motion of your joints, any joint changes related to a myriad of causes. Don't guess at your problem. Physicians are taught to diagnose based on your medical history, chief complaint, laboratory tests and imaging. Good luck.

Could be: Your joint pains could be caused by many things, and autoimmune disorders are a possiblitiy but not necessarily the cause.  Simple arthritis, to rheumatoid, to lymes disease are other possiblities.  The long and short of it is, you need to see a dr. For a clinical evaluation and get the proper testing and diagnosis to be sure, and then get the proper treatment.  Good luck.
