How often?: I'd expect migraines to be less frequent than seizures and seizures probably would be more likely as you drift off to sleep. Does this bother you enough to take another medication everyday?

i've restarted my vyvanse 3 months ago so i could focus, just started another medicine for migraines it's metoprolol a beta blocker, and i have sleep apnea. will all this is it safe because i've gotten zero sleep lately ?

Tell prescriber: If things are not going as expected with medications , 1st thing need to let prescriber know and they can advise you based upon knowing your whole medical history. With multiple issues need to work closely with your prescriber

CPAP and cough: Most likely thing that is happening is that either CPAP causing central events that is complex sleep apnea to CPAP pressure is incorrect. You may need a CPAP retitration in lab with attendant if it is done more than 1-2 years ago or never done. Asthma fa less likely but not impossible.

No: Sleep apnea can cause headaches, dry mouth, mood and personality changes, excessive sleepiness. It is not a painful condition.

Yes: Unlikely but it can happen. At this age i'd be more concerned about a neurologic deficit causing central sleep apnea. If there is any concern, an overnight sleep study should be obtained.

Depends on cause: "by itself" is the important part of the question -- there are modifications that can be made to reduce risk and occurrence. Weight loss is an example. In many cases, the obstruction of the airway requires treatment such as cpap, surgery, or other treatment and the problem will not go away by itself. Discuss further with your physician for your individual situation.

Diet + supplements: I have found that cental apnea is related to thiamine homeostasis, meaning that something is wrong with vcitamin b1 metabolism. I have treated a number of patients with largfe doses of thiamine and magnesium. See a nutritionist who is acquainted with vitamin supplements.
