CIT & fat grafts: I have found that collagen induction therapy with needling and fat grafting can provide some improvement in atrophic scars. Others may require excision.

Derm is correct: So you have some scars on your legs. I have some, too. They are from football, but people prefer my exciting war stories. My friends all wish they had some of their own.

???: I've never heard of laser resurfacing on the glans. If done it would be so painful it would probably require general anesthesia. I'm sure insurance would not cover it.

Scars of the glans: Hello, 
from your question i did not get the sense that you had pain from the scars. 
I recommend against any further ablative treatments to the skin of the penis. This is a very sensitive part of your body and any ablative therapies such as laser resurfacing or more caustic treatments could reduce sensibility to this organ. Good luck.

Could be: There are multiple types of ehlers danlos that vary in symptoms and severity. It is am inherited disorder so you should see a family history of similar symptoms.

Pitted Scars: Unfortunately there are no good home remedies for these types of scars.  Raised scars are a different issue.  You can improve the appearance of that type of scar with massage and pressure over time.  But pitted scars usually require excision.

i have a follicular macular atrophy scar in the middle of my forehead and its making me having dark thoughts. please tell me if there is something i can do like laser or microneedling? its caused by acne and trying to pop it?

: You should see either a dermatologist or a plastic surgeon to determine the best treatment to lessen the scar. There are treatments available and these doctors will be able to examine you and determine the best treatment. Good luck to you!

: See a dermatologist for an accurate diagnosis and treatment of acne.

i have started using differin for atrophic scarring 0.1% 3x per week and have noticed small red patches at the corners of my eyes by my temples on both sides. could this be from the differin or is it something else?

: Could be irritation from the differin. Would suggest that you apply the differin after washing your face an  hour before bedtime and then wash off the differin before going to sleep. This is called short contact therapy and might reduce the irritation . If that doesn't seem to help, you should see your dermatologist for confirmation of this problem and possibly  another treatment.
