Not really: There are really no medical treatments for av block.  Best treatment is to avoid the medications that cause it or make it worse. If the block is severe enough, pacemaker is usually the treatment.

No: There are some genetic conditions associated with heart block, some associated with deafness. In these cases, the heart block is permanent. If your heart block is transitory, it may be related to some medications you are taking (if any) or underlying conditions, depending on your age. You should see a doctor to determine if further tests or treatments (e.g. Pacemaker) are needed.

AV block: The av node is specialized tissue in the heart that normally modifies/delays electrical impulses transmitted from the upper chambers (atria) to the lower chambers (ventricles). If the delay is too intense, conduction slows abnormally and "block" is said to be present. The severity can vary from insignificant /no symptoms to passing out, even death. A simple ekg can usually diagnose the severity.

Peripheralneuropathy: What you are describing is not normal.  Do you diabetes or any type disease that can cause a peripheral neuropathy?  Should discuss with your physician and or a neurologist.  Without any other symptoms, unlikely to be from spinal  source

Abnormal EKG: Abnormalities of the electrocardiogram sometimes indicate a heart problem.  The EKG should be reviewed by a cardiologist together with your history to determine the significance of the abnormalities and whether additional testing is needed.

Mild hypertension: BP of 155/80 is not "very" high.  It is mildly elevated.  EKG findings are nonspecific and may not be related to your BP issue.  Sounds like you should talk to your doc.

my son is & 32 doctor in hospital . at age 17 he had right upper lobe wedge resection & thoracosopic pleurodesis. also had some heart conduction problems with 2.1 second heart blocks. is he higher risk for contracting covid 19 & morbidity from patien?

Covid19: I think his risk of getting covid19 is no more than anyone else, but, if he contracted it,he would be more susceptible to complications because of his lung and cardiac status. I'm confident that he will be very vigilant about recognizing covid19 symptoms very early and getting early treatment and support. Let's hope he doesn't contract it.

AV block: Fatigue is typical of complete av block, common with second degree av block and unusual with first degree av block.

It means there is : A delay of the elcetrical message in your heart coordinating the squeeze between your left upper chamber (atrium) and the left lower chamber (ventricle).  This is not serious and can be monitored by ekgs.
