Multiple drugs: I use these combinations with chemotherapy in cancer patient and well tolerated with most of the patient . Zofran (ondansetron) usually every 8 hours as needed

Be Kind To Yourself: Blood glucose levels are influenced by when and what we eat.  Eating once a day is unhealthy and can lead to problems with one's blood glucose level.  Symptoms of "hypoglycemic attacks" may include anxiety, shakiness, and confusion.  I assume Ativan and advil (ibuprofen) pm are being used to treat these symptoms.  Eat healthy meals at appropriate times and these symptoms may disappear.  Be kind to yourself.

i take .5mg ativan occasionally for about 3 weeks.  i also take 12.5mg hctz (hydrochlorothiazide) daily.  if i have stiff muscles, is it ok to take 200mg ibuprofen?

Not great idea, but: If it is not likely to be frequent you just need to avoid driving or other risky activities since you may be dizzy or drowsy and less sharp in all ways. Before you take it, try non-drug options - warm bath - heating pad, muscle rubs, massage, etc. Even tolerating it if possible could be the wiser choice. But don't worry - just be careful if you take it.

Not problematic: The two should not interact adversely, at the amounts you describe.  Can take together if needed.
