There is no set age where erectile dysfunction can first be considered common.

Review your medications w/your family doc & your relationship w/your partner.

Ans: Why did a 19 yo have a cystoscope?  Need better history here. The urethra could be transfixed and if you have any residual pain this could affect you.   You need to give more history
