What did your doc sa: She should have told u u may have a small clot behind the placenta called a retroplacental hematoma usually u can see them on us and usually if u have one it will resolve.

i'm 7 weeks pregnant my first ultra sound is this monday can i possibly hear the babies heart beat? and if not when's the soonest i can hear it??

Heartbeat: The baby's heart starts beating at the 6 week point, and it may be visible on ultrasound somewhere between 6-8 weeks.  It can be heard on doppler somewhere between 10-12 weeks.

No heart beat: 7 weeks can be too early to detect a heart beat. Repeat the ultrasound in 2 weeks.

Hi : Hi cheryl. I am sorry that you are going through this. The most common symptom for a miscarriage at this stage in pregnancy is bleeding.  At about 7 weeks a miscarriage could cause cramping that is severe or the cramping might be mild.  The bleeding could vary from hemmorhaging to light. It is hard to know if the material you passed is a product of conception. It is usually recommended that you see you doctor soon thereafter if you have light bleeding. For heavy bleeding, a trip to the er might be required due to hemorrhage.
  Ways that your doctor can tell if you have miscarried include a drop in your HCG level or an ultrasound. Take care.

i want to have an abortion using the tablets and i'm 7 weeks pregnant what can i use for the pain and is it safe to use the tablets at seven weeks?

Abortion pill safe: The abortion pill is designed for pregnancies less than 8 weeks of gestation to be successful. The cramping is the normal process of evicting the pregnancy. use a prostaglandin inhibitor like Motrin or Naprosyn (naproxen) to alleviate the cramping.

At 7 weeks should: Be  able to see a htbeat , to be sure u can repeat the us in 7 days to confirm and then if it is not viable it needs to come out either with medication or d;c or sometimes a combination of both.

Probably not: If you are truly 7 weeks pregnant and there is no fetus with heartbeat then there isn't.  The only exception would be if your dates are incorrect and let's say your are really 5 weeks then we may see a similar finding.

It may be normal: In very early pregnancy the low heart rate can be normal. Typically it should increase quickly but many times if you're doing an ultrasound very early that can actually be a normal finding. My recommendation would be to repeat the sonogram later to find out that the heart rate has increased.
