at 6 weeks i had a 12.9mm gest sac a yolk sac and a small embryo too small to be measured. also a hb of 88. is this normal? yolk sac was irregular

Re evaluate: This is an early US and should be repeated within 1-2 weeks. It is worrisome that there are abnormalities. The heart rate is slow. It suggests that you will go on to have a miscarriage.

i had my 7 week ultrasound and everything measured well (crl 10.1, hr 140). but the yolk sac was 1.8mm, is that too small?

That measurement: is a little small but may not mean much if everything else is normal.

can you still have babies after chemotherapy for yolk sac tumor?

Short answer is Yes: This assumes that the patient underwent a fertility sparing surgery followed by 3-4 cycles of bep chemotherapy  and the patient is relatively young.  Studies looking at women with such treatment approach may have upto 75% probability of having a child, the average age is around 22-23 years of age.  Discussing the details with your gynecologist or gyneoncologist may provide further details.

No: LMP dating of pregnancy is accurate to within about two weeks so this ultrasound finding is normal for this stage of pregnancy.

1st vag. scan i was 5w1d no fetal pole only yolk sac. 5 days later vag scan measures me 5w5d. still only yolk sac seen. i had iui and should be 7w2d??

5 weeks today. us 4 days ago showed small sac, no yolk sac or fetal pole. hcg 2 days ago was 2782, hcg today, 2 days later is 6889. should i be seeing more on an ultra sound with such a high hcg? is it possible it's a blighted ovum?

: Yes, it is possible. By Cleveland Clinic website: "A blighted ovum, or anembryonic pregnancy, is when a fertilized egg implants in the uterine lining but does not grow into an embryo. The gestational sac and placenta will grow, but the gestational sac containing the embryo remains empty. The placenta and empty gestational sac will release pregnancy hormones — even without an embryo present".

4w3d showed a small bleed is seen anterior and right of the structure anechoic space seen no yolk sac or embryo i'm worried and scared?

Early: You do not say how certain you are of the 4w3d dating, but assuming that is correct it is early to see either a yolk sac (~ 5 weeks) or a clear fetal pole. Sorry you are worried, but US before the fifth week is usually inconclusive because things haven't had a chance to become visible yet. Good wishes.

just had my 3rd ivf transfer. betas were 15, then 39, then 104, then a week later 1844. a week later went in for 6 week 2 day ultrasound and found small yolk sac, but flickering heartbeat. i go again in 2 weeks for ultrasound. im nervous....?

Early pregnancy IVF: The HCG levels presented are consistent with a growing implanted pregnancy, and the presence of a yolk sac/fetal heartbeat are significant evidence for a viable intrauterine pregnancy.  If bleeding occurs in the next two weeks or so, see your OB physician , who may prescribe progesterone  to overcome inadequate progesterone from the placenta.

No: If they only say one heartbeat at 8 weeks then another one will not form at this point
