No: Prob not a good idea. You double the potential for stomach problems, is you take lo dose Aspirin for heart protect, Ibuprofen may block this benefit, may also compete with each other at sites where your sticky clotting cells bind together. And why do you see the need?

Naproxen, caffeine: You may want to drop the Aspirin and Ibuprofen and try naproxen.  Also consider taking some form of caffeine.  Stay safe!

Can't be exact about: The cause of headaches because there are several major types, e.g., vascular, sinus, muscular, tension, etc.

Yes: Unless a person has kidney problems or uncontrolled high blood pressure, they can still take medications such as Ibuprofen or Aleve (naproxen) even if they take a daily low-dose aspirin.

Likely migraine: That being stated, migraine is a diagnosis of exclusion.  So if these are new or different headaches then you should be checked out.

Yes, it's safe: Either ibuprofen and/or Tylenol (acetaminophen) are okay w/ Zyrtec-D as long as you (specifically) are not allergic to them. There is no bad interaction - I hope you feel better soon!

i had colon polyps removed thursday after a colonoscopy.  the papers said not to take aspirin, can i take ibuprofen for a headache?

Acetaminophen: Acetaminophen (Tylenol) would be safer. Do not drink alcohol.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

have multiple heart attacks in family history. taking 25mg atenonlol & 81 mg baby aspirin nightly. can i also take advil or ibuprofen for headaches?

Yes: All anti-inflammatory medications increase risk for a cardiovascular event (mi, stroke, death).  These risk seems to be associated with higher doses.  So it's best if you take the lowest possible dose for a short duration.  The other concern with nsaids and Aspirin is increase risk for GI bleed.  If you have risk factor for this you have to be cautious and may want to take some zantac (ranitidine) with it.

fda recently stated non-aspirin nsaid can increase risk of heart attack and stroke. as a user of advil, (ibuprofen) i take 400mg a few times a week or less for headache, some weeks not at all. should i worry?

NSAIDS: NSAIDS are associated with such side effects. In your case, you are young and NSAIDs may not cause heart attack or stroke at this stage. People with underlying atherosclerosis and with plaque formation in their arteries are at higher risk. If you can avoid, that is preferable as Routine use of  NSAIDS may contribute to gastritis, peptic ulcer, kidney damage etc.
