can you tell me if aspirin is taken during terminal cancer pains?

No: When patients develop metastatc cancer or some form of advanced cancer requiring pain control, analgesics like Aspirin or Tylenol (acetaminophen) offer little if any benefit.  
It general dilaudid, or a morphine derivative is required.  Sometimes localized pain can be obtained by using electrostimulation with a TENS pad or an anesthetic nerve block.

Angiogram: We usually treat with more than Aspirin and statins if we believe that a patients pains are from severe narrowing of heart arteries. I would assume your drs. Want the angiogram to be sure your arteries are ok and don't need more treatment. You should ask your drs. This question specifically to get the answer from those who know your situation better.

Yes: Feeling faint associated with chest pain may be a racing heart or abnormal heart beat. If the symptoms don't go away in a few minutes call 911. The emts can hook up a heart monitor and check your pulse and blood pressure and tell right away if there is a problem.

MayBeDueToAntibiotic: It may be due to Antibiotics,or due to the reason you are on Antibiotics.You are also a Diabetic and make sure your blood sugar is under control.If you start vomiting ,excessive thirst,fatigue,loss of appetite,pain in abdomen,rapid breathing or shortness of breath.Then you need to be checked right away as these suggest Diabetic KetoAcidosis.You did not say why you are taking Antibiotics.Good Luck

: It's difficult to give you a good advice because your statement is not clear.
You have history of stomach ulcer, is it completely cured and how long was that?
Mucaine gel may be not enough to take care your stomach ulcer if the problem is recent. You need stronger med such as a proton pump inhibitor or at least a histamine 2 antagonist.

Yes, yes, yes: You history suggest this could be  gout but the attacks are more vicious. 
Low dose but not high dose aspirin can increase the uric acid  by stopping its excretion. High dose may decrease uric acid.
You may need a testosetrone as well as a general workup.
