Good luck: Very few doctors will answer unlimited questions for free.  They need to earn a living too especially with the broken U.S. Payment system, educational debt, and business costs. Plus, generally, they will only answer questions related to a current condition/illness or treatment.  Any other questions and you will be asked to come in for a visit - primarily to get an in-depth interview and exam.

my fianc has just tested positive today to covid 19, please advise on way forward for me? do i go for a test tomorrow as there is no doctor available online to answer my questions. the last time i saw her was on wednesday morning

Maybe: Everyone needs to be paid for their job, so free is unlikely.  There are many places online where you can interact like this and have questions answered.

i ask my physician about 1 question a month online and every 3 months he fills out extremely minimal 1 page paperwork with a couple signatures for something i need for school. i pay about $20 oop every time with insurance. would this be bothersome?

: Not sure what bothersome means where you are from.  But as you know time is money.  But you can do this thru us depending on what needs to be signed.  Few physicians I know work for no money.  This is not unique to physicians has been my experience.

if someone had only a few weeks to live but couldn't go to a hospital could a doctor give free advice online to help ease their suffering?

Things possible: Since I am sure there is an ongoing doctor, you can call that doctor for advise. Here we give advise but can't prescribe. That person's doctor can send prescription to the pharmacy, or send a nurse, or send a case manager, etc.. The can do things to help the family. They can even contact home hospice to come to your home. So, please call her/his doctor for help. Good luck and i pray for all of you.

i've tried lactose free milk even not giving him milk at all still doesn't seem to stop.
is it something i should be concerned about?

This can be normal: Children can have different amounts of stooling. If the stools are not bloody, watery, mucousy, and he has no other symptoms and is growing and thriving, this could be normal for him. If it is new and he has a fever, vomiting, history of travel, it should be evaluated. You can try eliminating other foods, 1 at at time to see if any of them are causing this. I would recommend you call his doctor.

i took 1mg of clonazepam yesterday (it was a one off, as my doctor prescribed it for anxiety to be used when required). my question is how long until it is safe to consume alcohol? i've tried looking online but got conflicting answers?

: Clonazepam is a long-acting medication so there needs to be caution taken when combining this with alcohol. It also depends on what effect the clonazepam had on you-are you still feeling drowsy/light-headed from it? If you are back to your baseline mental status, without any sedating feelings, then I would wait 24 hours from when you are feeling back to your baseline mental status. Be cautious.

my doctor has recently put me on 50mg of sertraline to take alongside 150mg of trazodone. i saw online that taking them both will increase my risk of serotonin syndrome. i dont really want to question him but is it safe to take them both together?

: The interaction is rare but it may occur; however, there is no contraindication for this combination if indicated. You just have to know the symptoms of serotonin syndrome and if you have one of these symptoms, stop both medications and contact your doctor.
