Age has little to do with it.  Younger doctors on average have more current facts in their brains, while more experienced doctors have the wisdom of experience as well.

Usually not: Type 1 diabetics require Insulin and the peaks and valleys of blood sugar levels tend to vary more than with type 2 diabetics. When under control, both type 1 and type 2 diabetics should ideally not have very deep drops nor very high elevations in their blood sugar levels.

Depends on the plan: People don't normally have peak flow meters. That means a patient got a meter because her doctor taught her how to use it and how to read the numbers, as a way of measuring how good or bad her lungs are doing. The doctor would have given her a written plan of what to do at particular numbers, as the numbers are going up or down. Otherwise, she brings the meter and all meds to an ER or Urgent Care.

Breif: A peak expiratory flow rate is a fairly simple test done, usually as part of a comprehensive pulmonary function test procedure.  By itself, a few minutes as one usually is instructed to do several attempts and the best result or average results recorded.  A full set of pft's may take 30 minutes to an hour depending on factors like patient cooperation, quality of equipment etc.

There isn't much..: It is just a cosmetic finding.  It used to be thought to be an omen of early widowhood. (Old wive's tale)  Widow's peaks are seen in a couple of rare genetic syndromes, Donnai-Barrow syndrome, Waardenburg Syndrome and Aarskog syndrome are the ones I can think of.  But they have other associated anomalies along with the widow's peak.  Really rare.

Following administration of 40 mg of Latuda (lurasidone), the mean (%CV) apparent volume of distribution was 6173 (17.2) L. Latuda (lurasidone) is highly bound (~99%) to serum proteins.

In a food effect study, Latuda (lurasidone) mean Cmax and AUC were about 3-times and 2-times, respectively, when administered with food compared to the levels observed under fasting conditions. Latuda (lurasidone) exposure was not affected as meal size was increased from 350 to 1000 calories and was independent of meal fat content
