: I can't connect the eye symptoms with the right arm and leg symptoms. For the arm&amp; leg numbness to occur simultaneously pressure on the spinal cord in the neck or a lesion in the left cerebral cortex would cause it. Pressure on a nerve root would'nt cause arm &amp; leg numbness. In your case the position during sleep,  an interverbral disc bulge in the neck could be a cause. Consult a neurologist

If a cyst increases : In size to the point that it compresses brain tissue adjacent to it, it may cause symptoms, sometimes seizures, the type of which depends on its location. Congenital choroidal  fissure cysts are benign, cerebro-spinal fluid-filled cysts that rarely cause smptoms or require surgical treatment. However, if these symptoms are new, see her neurologist to determine their significance.

Trigger finger: Generally, locking of the fingers or thumbs are caused by trigger fingers.  This is a benign condition in which the tendon becomes entrapped around a structure called the A1 pulley.  If this is painful, an injection or surgery can improve the symptoms.  If this is not painful, you can live with this as long as you have full range of motion and full function. Need evaluation: It could be tendon or labrum or maybe something esle. You need an evaluation, imaging and may need to see a shouder sepcialist

An apple a day: I'm assuming you mean they fall asleep often after prolonged positioning, as this is probably the most likely cause for your symptoms. Those who are thinner also tend to be more susceptible to this. Adequate diet, sleep and physical activity would be beneficial in maintaining good overall health. Vitamin D and iron supplementation if needed. A routine checkup with PCP could help sort things out.

Nerve conmpression : Typically you have compressed a proximal nerve root.  If limb is "cold" and "numb" you could compress nerve and blood supply (typically they run together).  If the pressure is relieved, feeling comes back.  You can try this yourself at your wrist level by squeezing tight around wrist or putting watch too tight.  Just make sure to let go before hand turns completely white!

Neurology exam: Headaches, nausea and parasthesia of the limbs lasting 2 weeks require a neurological evaluation. See your pcp for a referral.

Not numb: This may be more of a tingling or pins and needles sensation, and since it's generalized I would investigate the possibility of toxicity or deficiencies of calcium, magnesium or a type of peripheral neuropathy. Hyperventilating or panic disorder is also a cause of such symptoms. Discuss this with your physician so evaluation and ordering of appropriate tests can be done.
