Body odor: Change in body odor MAY be a result of change in diet or a side effect of medication.  Dry skin can be helped w/vitamin E oil applied topically and more good fats in diet, i.e., coconut oil and olive oil. Please ask your doctor about this.

Diet: Consider changing your diet. Avoid sugar, eat lots of organic green leafy vegetables, drink lots of water. Limit meat intake.
If this persists, consider seeing a holistic or integrative medicine physician for metabolic testing.

Arm pit smell: getting worse.  Have you changed your diet in any way?  Are your taking any medication?  All of these things go through our system and can be a source of the odor.  Please check w/your doc.  Peace and good health.

See a skin doctor: it might be a abnormal sweat glands or a hidden infection or a infarcts skin tag
Either way you need to see a doctor for evaluation and treatment

Normal: This is normal.  Try switching deodorant as this sometimes helps.  Try "clinical strength" products.  Also realize that everyone has an odor & it's only our culture that makes this a "problem".  There are lots of pheromones in sweat that actually are shown to be attractive to the opposite sex.  Do not overreact and douse yourself with perfume.  Good luck!

?rash: Is there a rash with the itching? If so there could be a yeast infection which would require treatment with an anti-yeast cream or ointment(such as lotrimin). Lotrisone (clotrimazole and betamethasone) is a prescription preparation which has a steroid mixed with it and gives relief of the itching as well. See your physician if symptoms persist.

Not known: Ketone test strips are for urine testing.  If it is used under armpit not sure what that would mean.
