See your OB: You need to check with your OB. there are pregnancy-related rashes, and this may be one. Most do not effect the pregnancy.

Not really: But, did you develop the symptoms in the A.M., after sleeping on your arm?  Saturday night palsy affecting the radial nerve in the upper arm?  Have your detox folks look at this, as it may well be readily reversible or secondary to alternative nerve issue.

No to both: No to both.  Crack and any drugs you snort or inject greatly increases your risk of clots. Once a clot forms, nothing can stop it from moving except anti-coagulation, thrombectomy (surgical procedure), or placement of filter (blocks how far it can travel).

I suppose: I find it no worse than shaving their heads, arms or legs. Removal or shaping of body hair has been a culturally  defined practice that dates back through all recorded history. It has the same value to some as patterns of body art or adornment with jewelry.Patterns change over time.

THERE IS ALSO A GLANDULAR CONDITION, CALLED ACANTHOSIS NIGRICANS,THAT CAN TRIGGER THIS.

Lymph node vx. infxn: There are lymph nodes in the armpits which can be felt as little lumps - sometimes we can feel them even if there is nothing wrong. Also possible to get ingrown hair, infected follicle or boil in the armpit if red/tender. If small, moves when you touch it, and no pain, it's fine to watch & wait, but if red, sore/painful or increasing in size, get checked by a doctor.

May be infection : You need to see your position. This could be infection like a boil. Could be a tender lymph node. Your physician can best evaluate this.
