This can be for alot of reasons, in women pcos is a common one. It's not the only one though, you should definitely see an doctor in person for this.

Causes of hair loss: Hair loss on the legs can be caused by poor circulation, diabetes, thyroid disorders, peripheral arterial disease, medications, poor diet, smoking, being overweight, anemia, other hormonal disorders, and genetics.  Hair loss in the pubic area and under the arms can be caused by thyroid disorders, medications, anemia, genetics, other hormonal disorders and alopecia.  I recommend a medical workup.

Okay But Why: It is most likely safe to do both of those but there could be some absorbtion of the cream and depending on the ingredients could possibly have some detrimental effect on the baby. Let's put it this way- if something were to happen to the baby, even if it had nothing to do with the cream, you will probably always beat yourself up for it, thinking you were to blame. Why take the risk?

Likely ansiety: Any symptoms that has lasted this long should be evaluated in person by your physician.  Check thyroid, hormones, electrolytes, your iron specially if you have heavy menses, your B12 level and rule out mitral valve prolapse.  Then if normal, cut out any alcohol and caffeine in your diet and stay well hydrated.  If dizziness means room spinning, then you need to see an ent.
