Not likely, but...: Many lymph nodes appear as "lumps" in the armpit--likely completely benign. At age 24, it is most likely that your mole is just that. But! if it has changed size, shape or color, you should see a dermatologist. Best bet--seek evaluation.

Mastitis: Sounds like it could be mastitis (infection of a milk gland). Contact your doctor to help with possibly antibiotics. Also use warm compresses and showers. Let ome o the milk run out.

Yes: It may be a papilloma, a benign cyst, or any of several other entities. If it is cancer, a small one like this is most often curable. I would urge you to check your own breasts for lumps and get seen if you find a dominant mass.

An itchy rash could: be a yeast or fungal infection. One look is worth a 1000 words and you can probably find a better answer if a knowledgable doctor inspects the area with his own two eyes.

Most breast lumps ar: A painless lump means it is not due to infection or inlammation. You should show it to your doctor some time soon especially if it is increasing in size over the next few months. Check it once every week or two and note the size for any increase. That will tell you if it could be something serious.

Staph: You may have a mild staff infection I would try using an antiseptic soap if this does not improve I would let a physician see it and give you a definitive diagnosis
