Perhaps: More likely the described lymph node enlargement is secondary to a dental or tonsillar infection, but does indeed need attention.  Suggest see your regular doctor and your dentist.

is it common for the nodes in your neck to be swollen when you're experiencing frontal sinuses?

Swollen gland: Likely what you are describing is something called lymphadenopathy, which is swelling and inflammation of lymph nodes.  This can lead to pain and can be aggravated by movement, depending on the location of the swollen lymph node.  Generally speaking, most lymphadenopathy is caused by infectious processes. This could be viral or bacterial.  Frontal sinusitis can potentially be the cause in the neck.

can you suggest some home remedies to help sinuses, and also, do you know anything that helps a stiff neck?

Salt water to nose: Salt water irrigations to the nose can really help clear up sinus infections without the use of antibiotics in many cases.

It may be related: Those two are different problems, don't always go together. however if you have a sinus drainage issue with possible sinusitis, i.e., headache, stuffed nose, airways blockade , poor sleep, etc. it may exacerbate or worsen  the stress and tension levels. On the other hand, stress and tension if not treated it lowers inmune system and it may prompt you to all kind of  infections like sinusitis.

can sinuses cause migraines, neck pains and ear pains?

Not likely: But it can be clinically challenging to be sure that the sinus pain is not a migraine variant and it is possible to have both.  If your doc can't help you sort this out ask for a referral.

i have a small, rubbery lump below one of my glands in my neck. doesn't hurt and gets bigger and smaller when my sinuses are bad. gland or worry?

Don't worry: Worry will not help anything - but an exam might. That it comes and goes w/ the sinus problem (infection) may suggest lymph node activity, but reassurance from a doctor makes sense if it does begin to hurt or stays enlarged. Best!

sinuses have cause post nasal drip since end of january.had pneumonia in february. post nasal drip is back. sides of neck hurt now. what do i do?

Repeat ?: Thought I had answered this one before. You need to consult an allergist/immunologist to find out the cause. As for the neck pain, it may be totally unrelated but may be the result of tender large nodes from an infection.

Yes: They can but so can many other things. If your nodes are swollen, go get an exam to figure out why. It may involve your primary care provider and your dentist to get to the bottom of it.

: Yes, neck pain can trigger bioccipital and bitemporal/ bifrontal tension HA’s.  Facial pain less likely, so check sinus and dental problems

nose is very congested from a cold when i sniff i get a severe shooting pain over the top of my head and down side of my neck, is this sinuses/glands?

Seasonal flu: is very common viral infection. Usually the condition resolves on its own with home care. Drink water and get a good rest. NSAIDs (e.g. Aleve, Advil) or Tylenol (acetaminophen) are also recommended every 6 hours. If they continue for more than 10-12 days, you may visit your PCP.
